Coconut~Sesame Grilled Tiger Shrimp!!! 1 cup Organic Tamari Sauce 3/4 cup Brown Sugar 3/4 cup Apple Cider, Wine, or Sherry Vineger 1/2 teaspoon Ground Rainbow Peppercorns 1 teaspoon Morton Salt Substitute 2 teaspoons cayenne powder or to taste 1/4 cup white sesame seeds 1/2 cup shredded Coconut Meat Combine all ingredients and stir until Brown Sugar is dissolved, then add 1/2 cup Organic Olive Oil or Peanut Oil, Mix well, then add~~~ 49 Prawns~in~Shell, or Substitute 2 Catfish Fillets, 5 Salmon Steaks, or Seafood of Your Choice~~~ Allow to marinade a minimum of 3 hours refrigerated, then Skewer Shrimp on Bamboo Skewers~~~bring marinade to a low simmer over medium heat to make a delicious glaze, then lightly grill Shrimp or other seafood and serve over steamed rice of Your Choice!!!!
