Sushi Roll ~ "The PleasureDome" Ingredients~ ~Sweet Vinegared Sushi Rice ~Large Square of Sushi Seaweed Rolling Paper ~Grated Fresh Ginger ~Poached Calamari Marinated in Pickled Jalapenos ~Turmeric ~Wasabi ~Smoked Eel ~Ahi Tuna Slices ~Crescent Slices of Sweet Onion ~Long Strips of Shredded Green Onion ~Honey ~Butter Lettuce ~Shredded Carrot To Prepare~Please square of sushi rolling paper on a bamboo sushi rolling mat. Flatten Sushi Rice about 2/3 of the way down the square of rolling paper, sprinkle with turmeric, grated fresh ginger, and smear with wasabi paste. Place fish, eel, and calamari side-by-side in strips from left to right. Top with sweet onion and green onion strips. Roll carefully and firmly. Allow to sit for 3 or 4 minutes, then slice into 6 or 7 pieces with a sharp, wet carving knife. Place on a round serving plate, drizzle with honey, then top with butter lettuce pieces and grated carrot. Enjoy!!!
